Efficient oil and gas separation system

The three-stage separation method (cyclone separation, settling separation, and fine filtration) is used to reduce the oil content of the compressed air at the outlet to only 2ppm. The first stage adopts the cyclone separation method, where the oil and gas mixture discharged by the compressor enters the cylinder tangentially and flows along the inner wall of the cylinder. Under the action of centrifugal force, impact force, and gravity, oil droplets aggregate and rotate on the inner wall, causing 95% of the oil to be separated. The second stage adopts the settling separation method, where the oil and gas mixture flows back and the oil droplets are intercepted and settled through the partition. The third stage adopts fine filtration method, where the gas side containing a small amount of oil mist enters the separator filter element. The filter element intercepts the oil mist in the gas and performs fine separation to ensure that the oil content of the compressed air is ≥ 2ppm.
